How does this service work?
It's as simple as can be. Fill out the customer information form so we can drop off the door hook and bag. The next morning, leave out the bag and we'll take it to the cleaners. When the clothes are ready, they'll be waiting for you on your door.

I don't feel comfortable leaving my clothes on the front door. Is there any other way to get pick up service?
We can arrange to pick up clothes from a back yard, if that is preferable. We do ask that the door hook be used to indicate to the driver that there are clothes to be picked up.

Do I have to arrange for a pick up every week?
No. We will come by your house once a week to see if you have any clothes to clean.

Do I have to call if I don't need the pick up service one week?
No. If you do not have any clothes to clean in a given week, just keep the hook and bag indoors. When they're not there, we'll know our customers are ok.

Can you pick up and deliver to my workplace?
Of course! If that is more convenient for you, it's more convenient for us.

How much does this cost?
We have one easy price for most items. To further accommodate the needs of our customers, we also have several pick up/drop off options. See the Services page for more information.

How do I pay?
We accept either check or credit card. For check payments, simply leave a check for the amount on the previous week's receipt in the plastic tag. If you prefer, we can bill directly to your credit card.

Do I have to open my door to the delivery person?
No. This is a personal service designed to operate without any act on your part, other than putting the clothes on the hook.
